UK Film & Tv Drama Job Share (Facebook)

Production Coordinators (and mums) Mariana Marsh and Cat Proctor set up a Facebook group for Job-Sharing in film and HETV.

They organise networking events and will be holding their next one in July, more details to follow.

"We came together to create the UK Film & TV Drama Job share facebook page initially as place to bring together working parents and general crew looking for more of a work life balance. Our long-term goal is to help people find a job share partner and then really push the initiative with Producers in the industry so as to make Job Shares the new norm!"
