Join us on Friday 05th July at 12pm for an interactive talk with two coaches and the audience about what happens to us in change, how we meet it, how we get pragmatic with it. This talk will cover understanding around change and human response, reflective pair work in break out room around skills, coaching reflections on that pair work, and Q&A.

Sue Payne is a qualified business coach with over 20 years experience in senior leadership roles. Sue has worked across a wide range of industries, from marketing and design to financial and professional services, in both the UK and across Europe. She has held the position of Managing Director for a UK based direct and digital agency as well as the role of Chief Marketing Officer for a multi-national insurance company in Europe.
Throughout her career Sue has always used coaching as her preferred leadership style, so after 30 years in industry it felt like a natural transition to qualify as a coach and focus on what really matters to her; supporting women in the work place at key life stages. Whether that’s returning to work as a mother, or a woman going through the perimenopause and then the menopause at work. Key times in a woman’s life when coaching and mentoring can make such a difference.
