NEGOTIATING TIME & SPACE FOR YOURSELF

CineMamas is happy to announce our first lecture with Executive Coach Sam Jukes-Adams, whose work and wisdom has inspired many in our industry.

Is your partner working and you are not - do you find yourself being responsible for cooking, cleaning, child care and no time to think? Has it become difficult to carve out some time for yourself? Even when we’re freelance we still have the business of being freelance - getting work, training, developing, admin etc.

During this webinar we speak with senior practitioner level Coach, Sam Jukes-Adams about how to approach those conversations with our partners. We also talk about how important it is to make time for yourself during COVID but also during non-COVID times.

Sam runs a Women and Work group coaching which explores trying to find the right balance between your home and work life ambition
